Good Morning Davis Dragon Families! On Wednesday, October 30th Davis Elementary will be holding its annual Title 1 meeting in conjunction with 1st 9 weeks Parent/Teacher Conferences. The Title 1 meeting will begin at 5:00 pm, Parent/Teacher Conferences will be from 4:00-6:00 pm. Please call the school to schedule a time to meet with your students teacher(s).

Just a friendly reminder that Davis Elementary PTO will have a meeting this evening, September 19th starting at 4:00 pm in the Davis Cafeteria. There will be a volunteer training at 5:30 pm in the cafeteria. This training is for anyone who will be wanting to be able to participate and help during the school day as well.

Braxton County Schools is pleased to offer parents the opportunity to complete the majority of the 2024-2025 beginning of the year school packets online. This is an option for all parents and only requires an internet connection. No downloading or printing is necessary. Parents also have the option to receive paper packets with all forms and informational documents as they have in the past by making a request to the school.

The packet will be sent to the email address you entered into the packet launcher. From there, you will be able to complete all the forms necessary.
By completing this process this year, Braxton County Schools will be able to send you your child’s pre-populated packet to make your experience better for the next school year. The beginning of the year packets for 2024-2025 will also be available on the Braxton County website.

We are very excited to welcome all of our students back tomorrow to Davis Elementary. We will be having doughnut holes for breakfast and pepperoni roll and macaroni cheese for lunch.
